PePe was a deck that utilized the Pendulum mechanic to its most potent state, leading to an emergency banlist. Zoodiac transformed the Xyz summon mechanic, dominating the game until the Yu-Gi-Oh! banlist intervened. These decks have all left a lasting impact on the game, changing the TCG forever.
