The Pokémon Company International has announced the upcoming release of the “Scarlet & Violet—Temporal Forces” expansion for the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). Set to launch on March 22, 2024, this expansion reintroduces the powerful ACE SPEC cards, limited to one per deck, adding a new layer of strategy for players. The expansion also features new Pokémon, including Walking Wake and Iron Leaves, as well as new Ancient and Future Pokémon and Trainer cards. Key highlights of the expansion include seven unique ACE SPEC Trainer and Special Energy cards, 13 Pokémon ex and two Tera Pokémon ex, and a variety of rare and special illustration Pokémon and Supporter cards.
The expansion will be available in various formats, including booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and special collections, and can be preordered at Pokémon Center locations in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. Additionally, the Pokémon TCG Live app will feature the expansion starting March 21, 2024, allowing players to collect and battle with the new ACE SPEC cards and enjoy special in-game bonuses.
