The Lost Caverns of Ixalan MTG card Fabrication Foundry has been temporarily banned in all formats due to a game-breaking bug. The white rare card was banned on the day of its release and will remain prohibited until the issue is resolved. The bug was discovered by pro tour player and Magic streamer Meebo, who noticed a problem with the card’s second ability, which allows players to return artifacts from the graveyard to the battlefield. The bug allows players to return any artifact, regardless of cost, instead of one with equal mana cost. The issue was caught early, preventing it from being exploited in MTG Arena decks. The card is currently banned in all MTG formats, but it is not on any MTG banlist and will be reinstated once the bug is fixed. Players who have been affected by the bug are encouraged to file a support ticket for a refund. Additionally, players can receive three free Ixalan packs by checking their Arena inbox, and there are still some MTG Arena codes available for older sets.
