Disney Lorcana is set to release its second expansion, Into the Inklands, in a few months. The new expansion will feature characters from beloved Disney films, including 101 Dalmations and Treasure Planet. One of the new cards, Dalmation Puppy – Tail Wagger, allows players to include up to 99 copies of the card in their deck, a strategy reminiscent of Magic: The Gathering’s Relentless Rats. The card features seven different illustrations of a dog rolling around on a yellow chair, created by artist Kapik. The decision to allow 99 copies instead of 101 has sparked speculation about a potential new format similar to MTG’s Commander. The expansion is set to launch on February 23rd in local game stores and March 8th online and in larger retail locations. The publisher, Ravensburger, has hinted at future keywords and card designs, but details will not be confirmed until the release of Into the Inklands.
