The 2023 Topps X Bob Ross The Joy of Baseball is an online-exclusive collaboration featuring current and former MLB stars inserted into familiar landscape styles from the well-known artist, Bob Ross. The product was released in two formats, the Collector’s Box with two autographs for $199.99, and Happy Little Boxes ($24.99), with autographs falling once in every four boxes. Both formats sold out quickly upon release on October 5, 2023.
The set includes a 100-card base set with canvas parallels and exclusive Easel parallels in the Happy Little Boxes. There are also image variations for a few key names, as well as a Flagship Super Short Print card of Bob Ross himself. The set also features inserts such as Budding Talents, Peaks of Power, and Painting the Corners.
Every pack should contain one short print or one serial-numbered parallel, and select MLB stars in the set can also be found with signed versions. Each Collector’s Box also includes one exclusive Topps paintbrush pen.
